Virtual tours to help sell or let houses

Houses or flats; bedsits or mansions; big or small; detached or terraced – we create virtual tours for anything!

• Your selling your house – if you want to keep the number of in-person visitors down and get your property in front of a national audience. Also, you only need to tidy once for the virtual tour!
• Selling or letting an unoccupied property – you don’t need someone to be there to show people around
• Fed up with tyre kickers, people who are simply curious (but not serious about buying), and nosy neighbours, etc. – a virtual tour means they can look around to their heart’s content. Make sure the in-person viewers are genuinely interested so save you time
• People are not always able to visit when it’s convenient to you – with a virtual tour they can visit any time when it’s convenient for them without disturbing you

They’re probably a lot cheaper to do than you’d imagine!

Schematic 2D floor plan

The schematic floor plan is the one most commonly used by estate agencies & letting agents:

Photographic 2D floor plan

This 2D photogrphic floor plan uses the captured photographic images froma virtua tour to give you a plan view of the floors as they are in real life.

Photographic 3D floor plan

Everyone’s favourite from the virtual tour – the ‘doll’s house’ view. This shows you an aerial 3D view of a property but without the walls or ceiling – a really unique view.

3D floor plan

This type of 3D floor plan shows the layout building in 3D and from above. Unlike the 2D Floor Plan above, this example includes perspective which makes it easier to understand the size and layout of a space.

Virtual tour, photograph and floor plan hosting

As well as providing the photography and floor plan assets to you directly, we can also host them for you (usually free of charge) allowing you to link to them or send the link directly.

Pages can be public or password protected and can contain as much or as little information as you like.
